Oh MY.....ZALORA online Shopping Experience! ☺

I love the quality of the dress very much!! 

Hmm, I have to be honest in the first time I saw the Zalora advertisements all over the facebook and all over the television,  I was not really caught attention by them even though I love online fashion shopping. But after a while,  I decided why not I gave it a try since really found something that i really love when browsing through their website.

So, here we go. I placed my first order that day and the parcel arrived after 2 days. I am quite impressed with their speedy delivery as I was expected the parcel to arrive in around a week time. I opened up the parcel and saw the two dresses (two different colors but same design) i ordered and immediately felt in love with the quality of the product. BAAAM!! I am so happy!! 

So what makes me so impressed? 

• First, the brand Ezra is created/formed by Zalora itself which sound so fashionable and elegant! 
• Secondly, of course is the quality! I was very happy and satisfied with the reasonable discounted price I paid, I received superb quality dresses! And The products arrived look exactly like the picture or photo shown from the Zalora website I ordered! 
• Thirdly, I believed it has to be the customer service!!! I like their 30 days return policy for a full credit refund of if you want to return your dress due to different reasons like size not fit, not satisfied with the product, you don't like the product, wrong item, defective or damaged, different from website and other.

I also find a lot of values if purchasing from Zalora website. They have over 600 brands with over 30,000 products choice to choose from. Fast and free delivery (5 star service), 30 days return policy (5 star service), you can pay the payment only when your order arrived your doorstep (how convenient and awesome is that!!?), and you can even place your order over the phone!!! (whoooaaaa!!).*winks*

And you know what....I placed my second order again on the  next day with lots of discounts!! Oppsss...I did it again...! ;p

Zalora has got a F.O.C. returned Pos Laju bag included in every order just in case you need to return the products. How awesome is that! Thumbs up!;)
